Grahams Holiday Lettings .... 

PLEASE NOTE -- Bedding is available for hire at £30 per stay.

 

GUESTS -- WE WILL NOT TOLERATE OVER CROWDING IN ANY OF OUR ACCOMMODATIONS 

PETS -- NO PETS ALLOWED 

NO PASSES INCLUDED 

 NO SMOKING WITHIN ANY ACCOMMODITIONS  THIS ALSO INCLUDES E-CIGS & VAPOURS 

 

ALL DAMAGES/BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID FOR WITHIN 48 hrs  BY YOU THE GUEST ( We/owners will have no problem taking any guests to a small claims court to seek payment for any damages or breakages caused by YOU the guest You will also be billed by the courts for any further added costs by them ) 

PLEASE NOTE ... By paying your deposit that is you you ( the main guest/booker ) agreeing to all our T/Cs 

Once your booking cost is paid in full and damage/cleaning bond is received you will then be asked to supply the following.. 

All names & ages of guests arriving 

Mobile contact number 

Email address 

Car reg/s  ( only car registrations given will only be allowed onto the park ) strict rules of Haven 

All of the above details are then sent over to the owner who will then book you in via Haven You will then receive email from Haven with further instructions to receive your code to download your car pass to allow you access onto the park the day of your arrival.

NO FOOD or RUBBISH TO BE LEFT  WHEN YOU LEAVE PLEASE DISPOSE IN THE BIG BINS 

CHECK IN -- FROM 3pm 

CHECK OUT -- NO LATER THEN 10am

TURN HEATING OFF and CLOSE ALL WINDOWS

KEY CODE --  This will be given when we have your bond in place 

PUT KEYS BACK INTO KEY BOX ( any lost keys you will be charged for ) 

IF BEDDING IS HIRED OWNERS WILL ONLY SUPPLY THE CORRECT SETS REQUIRED ( example .. 4 guests .. 1 double, 2 single sets will be left )

BEDS NOT MADE UP IN CARAVANS OR LODGES 

ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS PAID IN FULL WE WILL THEN REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE ALL YOUR GUESTS DETAILS ( names,ages ) EMAIL ADDRESS,MOBILE PHONE NUMBER & CAR REG ( these details are required so the owner can get you booked in via there own account  ) YOU WILL THEN RECIEVE A EMAIL VIA HAVEN WITH YOUR ARRIVAL DETAILS PLEASE KEEP THIS SAFE AS YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW INSTUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD TO RECIEVE YOUR CAR PASS TO ALLOW YOU ACCESS ON AND OFF PARK.

THE OWNERS & PARK STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU AND YOUR PARTY TO LEAVE  AT ANY POINT DURING YOUR STAY WITH NO REFUND GIVING AT ALL SHOULD YOU AND YOUR PARTY BE CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS ON PARK 

WE DO NOT ALLOW STAG or HEN PARTY GROUPS nor DO WE ALLOW ALL GIRLS or ALL BOYS GROUPS ( This is a park rule which all owners must abide by ) ANY GROUPS WILL BE VACATED IMMEDIATELY BY PARK STAFF 

 

PLEASE NOTE -- WE are not responsible for any problems that accur during your stay that is caused via THE PARK 

PLEASE NOTE -- We are not responsible for any closers of facilities around the park due to any work the park is doing throughout the season  

PLEASE NOTE -- WE ARE ALSO not responsible for any problems caused by weather conditions 

PLEASE NOTE -- We advise all guests to take out small insurance to cover you during your stay as We ( owners ) or the park ( MANGEMENT ) WILL not refund monies if problems occur within the park that is not caused by  the owners ( such as -- loss of water,gas,electric, facilities  or due to very bad weather conditions guests are ask to leave park for the saftey of yourselves and staff ) 

 

Entertainment Passes -- These are Not part of your booking cost You will need to buy these upon arrival at the park

We can NOT refund on Entertainment Passes 

 

BOOKING COSTS -- We offer flexible payment plans --

If you decide to pay your holiday off bit by bit then you Must make sure your full cost of paid no later then 4 weeks before arrival

date ..

If you decide just to pay your deposit then the remaining balance in full Then this must be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival 

date 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS --- 

DEPOSIT -- NON REFUNDABLE but does come off your full booking cost

If you cancel upto 6 weeks prior to your arrival date you will recieve half of what you have paid less your deposit or a alternative date maybe offered 

If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival date NO REFUND is given at all 

If a owner cancels your booking because of personal reasons then a FULL refund will be giving back

 

DEPOSITS -- Deposits are non refundable ( however it does come off your booking cost )

DAMAGE/CLEANING BONDS -- The owners  have the right to refund full or part or non back depending how you leave there caravan or lodge .These are paid back to you within 24/48 hrs after checks have been done Your arrival details will NOT be giving untill this bond is in place 

PLEASE NOTE -- If your child wets on the matteress PLEASE let the owner know by either ringing send a text or leaving a little note 

Once we have recieved your full booking cost + bonds you will then be given the arrival details to the accommodation you have booked 

IF YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY THESE T/Cs ABOVE THEN PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR BOOKING 

ONCE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID THAT IS YOU THE GUEST AGREEING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE AS YOU MUST TICK THE T/Cs BOX BEFORE BOOKING CAN GO AHEAD
